Not exactly related to film, but do any of you know how I could password-protect a part of my website? and how i can convert a word file to a PDF?
Thanks a whole lot

don't read this either:
use linux!
it is the de facto standard for webservers and you can import your word document to Star Orafice, print it to a postscript file and convert that to a PDF.
freedom is not free.

Find out what your webserver program is. If it's an Apache server (which most are) I can tell you how to do it. If it's Microsoft then I haven't got a clue...

If you but an epson 1160 you get adobe photodeluxe business edition - it comes with PDF writer, a printer driver that writes to PDF files.
No security, though.

I think bravenet.com do password protection schemes as part of their free net services (or any other free net service provider, probably), and I saw 'save to PDF' when I last used corel photopaint 9 for linux, though I can't say whether this would be cool for word docs though (prob'ly not since it's a primarily a graphics proggie, but it's free to d/l and was on a cover cd sometime ago.).
